Testosterone Levels

I’ve been reading a lot about gynecomastia and how it’s usually caused by low estrogen and testosterone levels.

I don’t really understand how this can be as I am reasonably fit and eat well. So how can I find out if my testosterone levels are low and if they are what does it actually mean for me?

Will having a low testosterone level cause me to develop man boobs? Or is that just one of those old wives tales that you hear spread around.

Will raising my testosterone levels prevent me having to sell one of my organs to pay the crazy gynecomastia surgery cost , or is it just one part of the puzzle.

I have heard about body builders injecting themselves with various things to increase their testosterone, the idea is that it helps repair ripped muscles quicker and it increases their aggressive feelings which is always good when you have to fight the nasty old dumbbells.

Testosterone Levels

The only downside to increased testosterone levels that I know of is the aggressiveness which isn’t something I really want to experience but I imagine being teased about my man boobs would also make me pretty upset.

How can I increase my testosterone level without the negative problems that I mention and are there any real downsides to taking prescribed medication for low testosterone?

I am a 20 year old male and I had gynecomastia surgery a week ago.

I only had gyno in one breast and had a hard piece of tissue under my nipple removed. It is still healing and still swollen. My nipple is also puffy.

I was just curious if my nipple would eventually recede at least a little bit or would I need lipo to take out fatty tissue?

I asked the surgeon about it and he said it was still swollen but there was fatty tissue still in there which could be taken care of with lipo and I really don’t want that done. Any suggestions? Thanks.
