I’ve been reading a lot about gynecomastia and how it’s usually caused by low estrogen and testosterone levels. But i’m a VERY healthy person. I play soccer, 16 years old, 6′0 156 pounds or so. But everything i seem to eat doesn’t help it at all. I don’t have enough money to get surgery, and i don’t know how else to help the gynecomastia. Helppp

Gynecomastia surgery?

I am a 20 year old male and I had gynecomastia surgery a week ago.

I only had gyno in one breast and had a hard piece of tissue under my nipple removed. It is still healing and still swollen. My nipple is also puffy.

I was just curious if my nipple would eventually recede at least a little bit or would I need lipo to take out fatty tissue?

I asked the surgeon about it and he said it was still swollen but there was fatty tissue still in there which could be taken care of with lipo and I really don’t want that done. Any suggestions? Thanks.
