Gynecomastia surgery on men with muscle tissue in the peck area?

I have seen many after pictures of gyno surgery and the chest often looks deflated with no shape. Just nipples and skin… Is this because they didn’t have a good amount of muscle beforehand? Does the liposuction take away the muscle tissue also? I have a good amount of muscle on the top of my chest but have bad (fatty Not glandular) gyno at the bottom
