		<description>dude, I&#039;ve seen WAY WORSE cases than what you have.  It&#039;s barely noticeable.  How old are you?  If you&#039;re in your early/mid teens, it&#039;s probably gonna go away on it&#039;s own (again, not much there).

Brutally Honest is correct;  you need to start with your family physician or GP.  I doubt he/she is recommend you for surgery.</description>

I think that if your doctor says you have a viable case and refers you to a plastic surgeon, then your parents will probably see your situation as &quot;necessary&quot; and won&#039;t have any issues with funding the surgery.

The reason I ask about your age is that if you&#039;re young, you might still &quot;fill out&quot; and the masses of flesh (which are REALLY not that pronounced) might discipate ... kind of a &quot;baby fat&quot; sort of thing.

But really, the first place you should be starting is your doctor&#039;s office.</description>
