I have gynecomastia aka man boobs are there any treatments for this I can’t afford the surgery?

I know gynecomastia surgery works but it is so far out of my financial reach at the moment that it may as well be a million dollars.

I want to start saving up and try and find a surgeon who may be willing to give me a discount on surgery to finally remove my man boobs, but I also don’t want to just sit around waiting and hoping that one day I get the money together.

There must be something I can do before I get the money together to help reduce the size of them. Even if they worked just a little any thing would help
I do exercise and i’m not overweight but are there any specific chest exercises that will reduce the size of my chest and maybe make them less noticeable.

Any ideas on how I can reduce the costs of the surgery? I don’t have any insurance to even bother asking about this.
