Gynecomastia surgery on men with muscle tissue in the peck area?

Gynecomastia surgery

I have seen many after pictures of Gynecomastia surgery and the chest often looks deflated with no shape. Just nipples and skin.

Is this because they didn’t have a good amount of muscle beforehand? Does the liposuction take away the muscle tissue also? I have a good amount of muscle on the top of my chest but have bad (fatty Not glandular) gyno at the bottom.

Are there any natural cures for Gynecomastia?

I’m 15, I’m a guy, and it’s summer…

There are a lot of parties that I go to where people are swimming but sadly, I’m too self conscious to take my shirt off.

So I was just wondering if there is a special diet, or special exercise, or pills that I could take to get rid of my Gynecomastia, Surgery is not an option and I’m tight on cash so expensive testosterone pills are out too.

Is there a vitamin that I can take that helps or anything? Also, I am a pot smoker :-) I know it doesn’t help but I’m not sure I want to stop either. If anyone can help me out that would be great. Also if you could tell me where you got your answers from so I can look them up too, I’d really appreciate it.

Surgery for gynecomastia?

I am a 20 year old male and I had surgery for gynecomastia 10 days ago. I only had gyno in one breast and had a hard piece of tissue under my left nipple removed.
It is still healing and still swollen. My nipple is also puffy. I was just curious if my nipple would eventually recede at least a little bit or would I need lipo to take out fatty tissue?
I asked the surgeon about it and he said it was still swollen but there was fatty tissue still in there which could be taken care of with lipo and I really don’t want that done. Any suggestions? Thanks.
