Are there any natural cures for Gynecomastia?

O.K. well I’m 15, I’m a guy, and it’s summer… There are a lot of parties that I go to where people are swimming but sadly, I’m too self conscious to take my shirt off.

So I was just wondering if there is a special diet, or special exercise, or pills that I could take to get rid of my Gynecomastia.

Surgery is not an option and I’m tight on cash so expensive testosterone pills are out too. But is there a vitamin that I can take that helps or anything?

Also, I am a pot smoker I know it doesn’t help but I’m not sure I want to stop either. If anyone can help me out that would be great. Also if you could tell me where you got your answers from so I can look them up too, I’d really appreciate it.
